Shakespeare In Love?

I read an interesting article today that talked about how much Shakespeare actually hated his wife and how it was a "shotgun" wedding- the bride, about eight years his senior, was already pregnant and he felt obligated to marry her. Do any of you Shakespeare scholars give any credence to this argument? Do you find this valuable?
